BeanCast: Soybean checkoff sampling soybean quality

Ken Bartlett, USB director from North Carolina says to help demonstrate the quality of U.S. soybeans, the United Soybean Board has sent soybean sample kits to around 10,000 U.S. soybean farmers to gather samples of the 2010 soybean crop for analysis of the protein and oil content.
