I tell you one thing when a judge can tell a person that he will have his day in court and then two days before you go to court they side on the other party I had a case where I took cass county sheriff office to court and threw the Attorney general and my attorney I never got my day in court my case was covered up. The case was filed conaway V. cass county sheriff office for violating my civil rights chargeing me with a crime That I DID NOT DO. the case was covered up like I said I have all the paperwork to prove it. I was wrong fulley charged. but they won, because the Higher judge was on there side. I bet all the charges that they tried to put on me I really hope the people get to vote on the judges. The cass county sheriff office got away with FALSE CHARGES. I wonder how many people are being charged with false charges Lot of people do not have the money to fight them they just give up. NOW, the sheriff office is teaching the officer the law that what they have done. Their is not a lawyer that will fight this because the lawyer are being told I guess, you go ahead and fight this. you well be sorry This is what I think that is going on because it happened to me. Sorry i can keep on going for a long time. Two trils and the DA did not have to answer too. The judge tried to fix the paperwork that the jury had to come back to all guilty But guess what they did not belive in what the da was trying to do. It is funny how my recourt records was ereaceed that was recorded in my tril. i do have thses file and record. The sheriff in cass county should of been out of fooice for what he and his deputies did But it was couvered uo just Like one of the judges was picked up for drunk driving but again wa s covered up.

Their is one thing I forgot to say was the Attorney general, Was the head of the DAs office in cass county. this is why I really hope the people Vote for JUDGEs just for this reason

This is all comments on What happened to me. If the news would check it out they would fined this is what happened to me. I will always try to put it out their so just in-case it might help some one else that come to bare what they did to me. I lost my home was told to get out of cass county missouri and so on. It cost me a lot of money.
