Hi, I need some advice for my daughter who is attempting to file an unemployment appeal. She recently was denied unemployment after getting two checks, because her prior employer(a temp to hire service) decided to offer her work back with the same company after they received info on her claim, approximately two months after she was let go, supposedly because of cut backs. She worked for this temp service hoping to be hired by the company they had sent her to after doing six months of service, only to be let go and then rehired again as a temp. She cannot afford to go back only to do another six months and then let go. She needs medical benefits. Unemployment is saying there was no guarantee that she would be hired on and that she was offered suitable employment and refused. However, she did not verbally refuse, she just did not return their calls, only received messages on voice mail.
She doesn't want to work for that temp service, because they did not help her find work right away and there are no benefits.
Please Help!
Thanks,
Anna

The adaptive house of the future will be more like an ecology of organisms than a single being, more like a jungle than a dog.
