U.S. Ag Secretary Tom Vilsack made his first visit to Indiana on Tuesday, June 2. The first of his three stops was in Terre Haute where he made a couple of announcements. From Terre Haute the Secretary traveled to Indianapolis where he held a news conference at the National FFA Headquarters, where he talked about the Obama Administration’s recovery efforts for auto communities and workers. The final stop was a Rural Communities Forum at the Hendricks County 4-H Fairgrounds at Danville.
