Pfister Hybrids

David Pfister is the CEO of Pfister Hybrids, El Paso, which was our first stop this morning on our Illinois agribusiness tour.

"I see rapidly changing genetics and traits that are coming down the pipeline.  It's really exciting and dramatic changes in the choices that we have and how we make selections."

Pfister said closer communications with the customer, to let them know a couple of years in advance what is coming out, will be more important than ever.  Even with modern technologies, the relationship between his company and the customer/producer.
